Definitely Katie Alice. Katie Jane sounds a bit too twee for me.

Katie Alice. Katie as a given name is slighted dated now (a bit 90's as opposed to classic C/Katherine, nn Katie), so as much as I love Jane, giving Katie a more timeless middle name (like Alice or Elizabeth) seems a better idea.

Although personally I would use Katherine.

You can call her Katie but then if she wants to be Kate, Kit or Katherine when she's older she can choose.

Thank you for your replies I wouldn’t want to use Katherine I only like Katie! I do worry as some people say it doesn’t suit older people!!? But I really like the name! It goes well with my other DD’s names too. Was worried Katie alice doesn’t flow too well but maybe I’m just being paranoid!
