Boys names

Hi all,

Short list for boys names and just wondered what other people would choose:

Eli, Holden, Henry or Wyatt

Just want to know which people would choose, so please don't comment if you don't like any.

I think Eli is my fav of those names but I don't think you can go wrong with Henry either

Ooh wow! Quite different tastes in that list. I like them all! I'd like to think I'd choose Holden but I think in reality I'd go for Henry. (Both my boys have unusual (but not hugely, not made up or weird) names and especially my eldest gets some looks upon first meeting, it gets wearing!)

Yes very different! A mix of my top 2 and my DH. Love Holden 🙂

Eli or maybe Wyatt, depending on how it goes with the surname

Eli is my favourite. I think it's a really lovely name

Of those options I'd probably go for Henry, but would use Harry day-to-day as I prefer it. Eli is nice too. I'm not of fan of Wyatt, and Holden now always reminds me of Holden McGroin from Friends - sorry OP.

Eli has been on of my favourite names for years - pick that!

Henry definitely

Henry is a classic name that will carry him well throughout his life. The others not so. That's just my opinion though and you should go with whatever you like.

Wyatt

Eli or Wyatt are my faves. My son goes to nursery with a little Eli and it’s so lovely!
Also like Henry but it’s quite popular in my area so I would go for Eli or Wyatt

Eli looks unfinished to me, will it be short for Elijah or Elias?

Eli - don't like
Holden - Amanda and Caulfield
Henry - fine, but not a name I'd choose
Wyatt - not keen

Henry's the best of the bunch

Henry from your list, not keen on the others.

Eli & Henry are lovely, I like Eli best. I do like Holden but not sure I’d use it, it’s a bit more out there. I’m not keen on Wyatt.

Henry or Eli

Eli or Henry for me.

The other two sound too American for my taste (I have nothing against America or Americans at all, for the record- just not keen on some of the naming trends in the US!

I've never read the book so wouldn't matter for me, agree about Eli as a nn I love the sound but don't love the look written
