I think having prominent J and N in both names make them a bit tongue twisty together (also June feels slightly dated if that matters?).

If you want a girls J name Julia/Juliet or Jessica are nice. Or consider April or May if it's month names you like.

If you haven't settled on Jonah then Jared or Jeremy could work with June?
