I like Xanthe Rose too. I think it's nice to have a single syllable with Xanthe. How many syllables in your surname?

Love Xanthe - gorgeous choice. But as it's fairly unusual and quite exotic sounding in the UK, I think I'd go for a more common/traditional middle name - Charlotte, Emma, Alice, Laura, Sarah, Eve or even the now ubiquitous Grace. Or if your surname is quite short than maybe Caroline, Julia, Victoria, Lydia, Isabel etc .
