Just that really,
Which middle name would you pick to go with Alice, Elizabeth or Eleanor?

Both beautiful. I would probably go with Alice Eleanor x

Tavannach · 13/02/2021 14:50

Alice Elizabeth - I think the rhythm is nicer.

ILoveStickers · 13/02/2021 15:02

Alice Eleanor.

Though Elizabeth is lovely too, lots of women my age have it as a middle name. And Eleanor is one of my favourites!

Ithinkhedidit · 13/02/2021 15:05

I'd go for Elizabeth as it's one of my favourite names!

DramaAlpaca · 13/02/2021 15:34

Elizabeth

Dyinghouseplant · 13/02/2021 15:41

Elizabeth flows better.

partyatthepalace · 13/02/2021 16:17

Yep, Elizabeth flows much better

RedLimoncello · 13/02/2021 16:22

My first name is a variant of Alice and second name is Elizabeth. I really like it!

capercaillie · 13/02/2021 16:28

Both lovely. Alice Elizabeth just edges it but Alice Eleanor also gorgeous.

IdesMarchof · 13/02/2021 16:31

Elizabeth better

pinkandblueflowers · 13/02/2021 16:33

Elizabeth

BasiliskStare · 13/02/2021 16:37

Elizabeth - sounds better with 1st name

manyhorror · 13/02/2021 16:48

Eleanor. Elizabeth is gorgeous too but more overused as a middle name.

Maybemay123 · 13/02/2021 16:58

Elizabeth flows better.

Bluesername · 13/02/2021 17:09

Eleanor.

Elizabeth is fusty and overused as a middle name.

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 13/02/2021 21:38

Both are nice but I'd choose Alice Eleanor. Elizabeth and Alice are both the most perennially classic/timeless girls names in the UK, so I think using the feisty (if currently quite popular) Eleanor helps give Alice a bit of an edge.

Giraffaelina · 13/02/2021 21:41

I love Eleanor but I think Alice goes better with Elizabeth...sounds smoother.

MadeOfStarStuff · 13/02/2021 22:53

Elizabeth

Lemonsyellow · 13/02/2021 22:55

It flows much better with Elizabeth. But both are nice names.

beccahamlet · 13/02/2021 22:56

Elizabeth

thelittlestrhino · 13/02/2021 22:58

I know an Alice Elizabeth (she always uses her full name) and she’s fab, so that would be my choice. Both are nice though Smile

timetest · 13/02/2021 22:59

Alice Elizabeth has a good ring to it.

Viviennemary · 13/02/2021 23:00

Elizabeth flows better.

Pemba · 13/02/2021 23:13

Alice Eleanor flows better, although I like Elizabeth. Too many 's' and 'z' sounds close together in Alice Elizabeth.

Alice and Eleanor as names seem to come from the same era as well.

IdblowJonSnow · 13/02/2021 23:16

Both names work with Alice.
One of my DDs has Eleanor in their name. Love it.
