Alternatives to Oliver

So I really like the sound of Oliver, but I don't want something quite so popular - does anyone have any suggestions for similar sounding alternatives? If it helps, I like the vowel sound at the beginning, the 3 syllables and that it has a shortening option.

(I don't want a debate about using popular names, really popular such as Oliver just isn't for us)

It's still quite popular but I love Alexander. Also tobias/toby is nice.
