Of your first names I prefer Anna by a long way but I don't like Frances and I don't think Isobel flows right with it. Anna Cleo becomes one word if you say it often enough!

I love Laura, really love it. So classic and pretty. I like it with Kate, but Kate to me is a nickname. I like Cleo, it could be a cool middle name with Laura.

Anna is nice enough but a bit boring. Isobel is the best spelling of it but essentially so ubiquitous now with all the Isabelle and isabellas. Could be an ok middle name. Amy, Louisa don't have the same class to my mind. Francis is fine for a middle. I'd pick a middle name with some meaning to you.

Anna Frances or Anna Isobel. Both lovely! Anna Louisa would be nice too.

If I had to pick a combo from any of the names I'd go for Frances Isobel. The nicest of your pairings to me is Amy Louisa.

Any of the middle names are fine

Anna Isobel combines two of my favourite classic names - I think Anna is simple, elegant and international and Isobel is beautiful (if prone to spelling issues, but that doesn't matter as a middle name).

I also like Laura and Louisa - again pretty and traditional. Kate is okay (although I prefer Katherine), and Cleo is a fun middle name. I'm less keen on Amy and Frances (personal taste - Amy's a bit cute and Frances slightly dated).

Anna Cleo - Pretty. My favourite!
Isobel Kate - pretty. My joint second favourite.
Amy Louisa - seems a bit dated (Amy Louise very late 80s/early 90s). My fourth favourite.
Laura Kate (also dated - same as above). Don't like Laura for this reason.
Anna Frances - pretty. My joint second favourite.
Anna Isobel - very pretty but flows less well - I always think that a first and middle that botj start with a vowel flow less well than if one nane starts with a consonant. My third favourite.
