Stuck Between 2 Names

We’re trying to choose between the two names below for our first baby. I’m not interested in hearing either one criticised but just wondering which you prefer?

1. Bridget Ivy
2. Celine Ivy

Ivy is lovely as a first name. I like Bridget too. Not keen on Celine.

I like both names, but actually prefer both the other way round.

Ivy Bridget or Ivy Celine.

I think I prefer Bridget Ivy to Celine Ivy.

Is there any problem with the surname initial (does it make a word? E.g. BIG, BIT, BIN?)

They are both lovely names. You don’t hear them often. Maybe wait until you see her ( presuming you know baby is a girl) sometimes I think seeing their face helps you know which one fits.

I watched Bridget jones diary yesterday and actually thought how little the name is used now. It's a great name

I prefer Bridget Ivy over Celine Ivy but I can’t tell you why - it’s something to do with how the soft c sounds combined with Ivy. Because Celine in and of itself is a lovely name. Ivy Celine works better somehow.

I’d assume you were Irish - would that be right? (just nosy!)

Bridget & Ivy great names , Celine beyond awful even as a middle name , unless named after a relative.

Bridget Ivy - I love this! I love both names and love them together. There is nothing wrong with Celine, but I like Bridget a lot more.

I prefer Celine over Bridget, I'd go with Celine Bridget or ivy b or ivy C

I think Celine Ivy runs together too much

Though as someone else has said, I'd wait until she's here.

I prefer Bridget but I think Celine Ivy sounds a better combo.

Love both Bridget and Céline. Not keen on Ivy. Does she need a middle name? Does one sound better with the surname you will give her?
