And what else might I like?

Thank you :)

100% love it!! 😍

gigi556 · 14/01/2021 15:05

It's one of my favourites! In fact, we called my son that name for a few days before settling on something else. It's a great strong name

Dinosauraddict · 14/01/2021 15:05

I immediately think David Cameron...

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 14/01/2021 15:06

It's okay, but I think there's nicer sounding Scottish feeling names out there. I prefer Fraser if you are going the surname route, Logan for more popular/trendy, Alastair or Magnus for more classic feeling, or Leith for more hippy/arty.

DotDotDotDotDot · 14/01/2021 15:09

I would have considered this name if I’d have had a boy, however David Cameron just spoils it for me, sorry. Maybe Lachlan, Fraser, Fergus, Cormac, Maxwell or Finn?

Amdone123 · 14/01/2021 15:11

I love it

Alicetheowl · 14/01/2021 15:14

I like it. Makes me think of David Cameron but don't think this will be a future problem. You could tell him about the Cameron Highlands in Malaysia, or the Heath and Cameron Mountains in New Zealand, to get him hooked on adventure.

Shutupyoutart · 14/01/2021 15:24

Sorry i dont like it, some others you may like Cormac, cayden, logan, finn, Lorcán, lachlan, connor, callum, kieren, ciaran.

Tambourina · 14/01/2021 15:28

I like it

paintedpanda · 14/01/2021 15:37

Cameron was a contender when I was pregnant with my eldest (who turned out to be a DD anyway), but then I found out it meant "crooked nose" Confused
I love it anyway, but it really put me off

Firebird83 · 14/01/2021 18:30

Makes me think of David Cameron too

KirstenBlest · 14/01/2021 18:33

I know a few middle aged ones and i was hugely popular in Scotland about 20 years ago.

Jellington · 14/01/2021 18:44

So I love this name. We considered it for DC2 born 2020 but... it immediately made us think of David Cameron so we left it. That association will probably fade with time though.

Crappyfridays7 · 14/01/2021 18:47

I have a almost 20 year old Cameron
Doesn’t make me think of David Cameron at all
And yes it means crooked nose but my boy is a handsome lovely lad abs it’s lovely name that suits him few friends have younger Cameron’s

ShaunaTheSheep · 14/01/2021 18:59

Oh yes, very nice name indeed.
Do people look up the meaning of other people’s names? It has never occurred to me to do so.

ZeroFuchsGiven · 14/01/2021 19:07

I have a Cameron, He is the only one in his school (secondary) with that name.

He is the most Awesome person you could meet, I could not imagine not having a Cam in my life Grin

SeanCalleach · 14/01/2021 19:18

Does it mean "Crooked nose" or "Cambrian"?

PrivateParty · 14/01/2021 19:56

I like it.

partyatthepalace · 16/01/2021 16:37

Meh. There are much nicer Scottish boys names.
