Myla is/was the name of an (admittedly 'upmarket' 🤔) sex shop, so that's a no from me.

I really like Anya, though - great name!

Anya, no contest! Anya is has an exotic, fun feel and is not overused (but still well- known/easy to say and spell). Myla sounds like it's recently invented/from a fantasy novel (and makes me think of Mylar - a type of polyester). Do you mean Mila?

I associate Myla with the luxury lingerie brand. Maia / Maya could be an alternative?

Anya - everyone knows how to pronounce it, there's a clear main way to spell it (Vs Myla/Mila), it's classic and it will travel well. No contest!
