Jacob and Lottie or Amelie

missmouse101 · 29/12/2020 21:42

Toby and Marnie

Thehogfatherstolemycurry · 29/12/2020 21:42

Conor is good.
Don't like any of the girls named sorry. Why does it have to be an ie ending?

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 29/12/2020 22:21

For a boy either Toby or Connor. Jacob isn't too bad.

Lottie for a girl.

Rosie
Annie
Lexie
Lacie
Cassie
Mollie
Callie
Maisie
Leonie

Jordie24 · 29/12/2020 22:31

Both my daughters names end in ie, so if baby number 3 was a girl I’d like to have her name ending in ie too

Jacob and Lottie.
What are your daughters’ names if you don’t mind sharing? Smile

Nell96 · 29/12/2020 23:16

Not really keen on your boy's names. Jacob and Connor are ok. Chayse is awful - please don't use that. How about -

Henry
Harry
Casper
Joel
Noah
Zachary
Isaac
William / Billy
Rowan
Aidan
Thomas / Tommy

I like Amelie - the others are bit too cutesy and nicknamey for me. How about:

Phoebe
Sylvie
Coralie
Ruby
Zoe
Chloe
Ivy
Lucy
Lily
Sophie
Naomi
Polly

FixItUpChappie · 29/12/2020 23:23

Connor and Hallie

Nell96 · 29/12/2020 23:23

Ah, just saw that it had to be specifically an 'ie' ending, rather than just the sound. How about -

Annalie
Ellie
Rosalie

Though if it was me, I'd avoid overly 'matchy' names - it would give you a lot more choice too.

MercyBodle · 30/12/2020 03:56

I'd narrow it down to
Harvey
Jacob
Toby

Lottie
Tilly
Amelie

Heh1991 · 30/12/2020 04:07

Toby and Marnie!

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 30/12/2020 04:44

I'm really not a fan of names that end in ie/y or nicknames as names, (find them too cute sounding) so this is difficult for me - but I like Jacob of your boys list and Amelie in your girls.

I second pp suggestions of the lovely Henry for a boy and Sylvie, Rosalie and Coralie for girls.

CaffiSaliMali · 30/12/2020 08:43

Jacob, Conor or Toby (prefer Tobias on BC).

For girls Lottie and Amelie are my favourites. There are lots of girls names ending in ie so I don't think that requirement is too restricting e.g. Hollie, Mollie, Natalie, Rosalie, Coralie, Katie, Sophie, Lucie, Marie, Melanie, Rosie, Annie, Cassie, Carrie etc.

Enko · 30/12/2020 10:02

Jacob for boys names but I am not keen on your list and I personally woild not use Jacob

Marnie is gorgeous

Tillie/lottie/Amelie you see loads off so that puts me off. Hallie is ok.

Suggestions
Sadie
Callie

florascotia2 · 30/12/2020 10:12

Please not MacKenzie as suggested above for a girl.
It means 'son of Kenneth'.

YoniAndGuy · 30/12/2020 10:52

Toby and Amelie.

PlantPotting · 30/12/2020 11:27

I think you're onto a winner with Marnie, Toby and Jacob. All lovely especially Marnie

Wrennie24 · 30/12/2020 11:45

Toby and Marnie

BiBabbles · 30/12/2020 11:53

Casey or Jacob for boy

Amelie or Marnie for girl
Other ie girl names: Rosalie, Silvie, Kyrie, Kacie, Reverie, Deanie, Moxie, Valorie (prefer as nickname to Valora).

Jordie24 · 30/12/2020 14:55

Jorgie & Gracie x

Tony, Jacob or Marnie.

Porridgeoat · 31/12/2020 05:53

Toby Tobias

Hallie

Lottie

Porridgeoat · 31/12/2020 05:59

Lily

lyinginthegutterstaringatstars · 31/12/2020 07:21

Jacob or marnie.

To be fair they are all nice names except Riley and Chayse

user1493494961 · 31/12/2020 08:35

The boy's list is a bit mixed. I only like really like Jacob or Toby. Chayse is awful. I would choose Amelie, although really like Lottie and Tillie as diminutives of Charlotte and Matilda.
