I have a Tristan . My husband wasn't keen either at first but when he was born we agreed he really suited it.

Tristan feels quite similar to some other legendary Welsh/Celtic names to me - Macsen, Osian, Dylan, Owain, Gawain.

Evan, Ioan, Rowan, Logan, Flynn could also be other similar sounding/feeling options to Tristan.
