Frankie is nice, could be Franklin or Francis also. It’s much more classic than the others IMO.

Love Frank and Sonny

Of your choices I'd go with Frank on the BC (or Franklin/Francis) and give him the nn Frankie (Frank sounds better on a grown man to me). Devon is okay, but a bit trendy sounding. Sonny is a cute nn, but is too insubstantial as a given name for me and Rudy isn't my taste, sorry.

Other ideas: Sullivan/Jenson/Harrison (nn Sonny), Toby, Maxwell, Finley, Alfred (nn Fred/Freddie).

I have a real soft spot for Rudy.
