Popular names for 2020

Mostly just for fun but interested as TTC baby 3. Babycentre released a top 100 for boys and girls but wondering how accurate this is (eg says Sophia is more popular than Olivia... I don’t know any baby Sophias!)

So what baby names are you hearing this year? :)

BabyCentre list isn't the official list. Look at the ONS statistics released by the government if you want the actual numbers

@Whatsyourflava I did think that. 2020 list isn’t out until next August though!

Interested particularly in the 50-100 names, I feel like these are the names that start to seem a bit ‘everywhere’ all of a sudden.

@mamablondie33 if you use the dark greener website it's really easy to spot trends there.
Names like Grayson, Hunter and Roman have been the fastest risers the last couple of years so are ones to avoid if popularity a concern. Names like Matthew are falling. Have a look at that website if haven't already.
