I always thought Rafe wax a posh name but I’ve recently been informed it’s not. Seb is my favourite name.

Nathaniel (Nate) - no question for me. It's lovely, the most classic of your choices (and so least likely to date), and goes well with Peter. Sebastian is okay (perhaps a little frilly?), but Rafferty is quite trendy and Rafe will have spelling issues (and some people will see it as very upper class).
