DH and I are debating different spellings for a (hypothetical) Amy:

  • Eighmeigh
  • Eiyehmaeh
  • Ayeh-Mae

Favourites?

MidnightFlit · 06/11/2020 15:21

I see so many Eiyeymaehs round here these days. I prefer Ehme.

SeasonallySnowyPeasant · 06/11/2020 15:23

Ehme is a bit 'Eh, me?'

JanewaysBun · 06/11/2020 15:23

Ey,Me?
Love that one x

EhUp · 06/11/2020 15:23

Ay-Me with a hyphen perhaps?

missmouse101 · 06/11/2020 15:24

Aey-Meah

ChocoholicMama · 06/11/2020 15:25

Sorry but none of them. If you want a different spelling to Amy then Aimee or Amiee can work, but I wouldn't go to the extremes of these.

FelicityPike · 06/11/2020 15:25

😂😂😂😂😂
Belter!

Nannewnannew · 06/11/2020 15:42

They are all awful! You’re just trying too hard to be different.

ShowingOut · 06/11/2020 15:45

Wait, I've got an idea! It's totally out of left field and a bit wacky, but how about spelling it:

Amy

Cosmos45 · 06/11/2020 15:47

I am guessing this is a joke.

Choose a different name then. Confused

tiptoptoupee · 06/11/2020 15:57

Have you considered Acne?
Similar to Amy but with a unique twist. Best wishes.

ChaosTrulyReigns · 06/11/2020 15:58

Think @tiptoptoupee is spot on with that.

SoupDragon · 06/11/2020 16:00

LOL at the posters who think this is real 😂😂

A'mee. The apostrophe adds class I think.

SeasonallySnowyPeasant · 06/11/2020 16:02

Yes, this is not for a real child BTW! Just bandying around ideas!
