Last question I promise, Alice or Felicity for big sister Emily....

Both beautiful but I like Alice with Emily

Alice works much better with Emily for me - similar levels of classic/traditional feeling and current popularity as well as sounding good together. Felicity is nice too and wouldn't be a bad match, but is bit more unusual/less classic compared to Alice and Emily.

Alice. I like Felicity but the ‘ily’ at the end is a bit matchy with Emily for me. You could use it as a middle name though.
