I love it.

Eliphanbee · 31/10/2020 14:48

I love it too!

Peachbubble · 31/10/2020 14:51

I like it

Awwlookatmybabyspider · 31/10/2020 14:58

Its not a name I can imagine getting shouted in the park or The Asda, so. Yes IMO it is out there. However I don't know your life style. I'm sure if you're upper class and she'll be attending Private school then its fine.
Is it pronounced Juna-Veer.

BrokenBrit · 31/10/2020 15:01

I like it!
Very King Arthur of course but not too out there.

Zhx3 · 31/10/2020 15:01

It's pretty. I also like Genevieve.

diddl · 31/10/2020 15:05

I don't think that it's "out there" at all.

There might not be many about, but most people have heard of it haven't they?

Prefer Genevieve though.

It’s great!

IamnotwhouthinkIam · 31/10/2020 22:33

I absolutely love Guinevere - so feminine, beautiful and romantic. However like you I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to use it in real life, as it's quite unusual so I worry it might only suit a confident girl/woman. I wonder if the common nicknames for it (Gwen, Eve/Evie, Neve etc) might make it more useable though?

WLmum · 31/10/2020 22:37

Love it! So many options for nns if you want them.

AndNoneForGretchenWieners · 31/10/2020 22:40

It's so pretty! It is unusual in that it is a vintage name that has been sort of left behind, but it has a lovely legend attached to it.

NC4Now · 31/10/2020 22:43

I love it but it’s very hippy and out there. I’d maybe go for Guinevere nn Guin. I think Guin is more manageable

Squeakerfoot · 31/10/2020 22:55

Ooh it's lovely!

blueshoes · 31/10/2020 23:04

I love it. The only downside is it conjures up a certain look which your dd may or may not fit.

MercyBodle · 01/11/2020 05:06

No. But rarely used so you do need to feel a level of confidence. I really, really love it, and hope you use it!

VenusClapTrap · 01/11/2020 06:54

It’s lovely
