Oscar Isaac is an actor (the latest Star Wars trilogy) so they might sound a bit funny together.

Alice for a girl.

He was actually the inspiration for Oscar, so not too worried about that but thanks for pointing it out.

Really like Alice but it has family connections already that we don't want to encroach on.

It's very pretty isn't it. You would just need to nail the pronunciation down with people.

Feels like it should be one syllable, so it nicely rounds off when you say all three names. Not sure if that is silly/unreasonable, but that is my gut instinct!

We thought the names we had already were easy to pronounce but we've spent 3 years correcting some of my family misprounouncing Freya, so I can imagine Elke will be fun Grin

Completely bias as I have a DS called Oscar. Fab name and I love it! Ada is nice also but personally prefer Ava although appreciate it’s becoming super popular! Xx

Greyhoundgirly · 01/11/2020 10:33
