Male middle name help please

We have decided on a first and want to include a family name. I would really like to include another name to lengthen the full name but after racking my brain for 4 months I just can’t decide on one.

So far we have Hugo XXXXX Ian Bottler
Please help me fill in the X!

I want it to be quite unusual (so no Matthew, Alex, John, Thomas etc) and something he could choose to go by if he wanted. Something modern in terms of relevance, two syllables or more to make up for the other short middle name, and not starting with a ‘H’, or ending in -n. He’ll probably go by Hugo XXX Bottler in day to day life so initials of HOB wouldn’t be great.

I know you do not need even one middle name, let alone two, but I’d really like some options to see the flow!

The initials would never be HB, though - if it gets to initials stage, it will always be HIB, because those would be his initials! He'd either be known every day as Hugo Bottler OR H_IB. So I don't think you need to worry about HOB or HIB or HUB

That’s very true @FizzyGreenWater I just forgot the I bit! Some really unusual ones there @MikeUniformMike, I can’t even think what to google! One of dd’s school friends came up with Loxley which I quite liked, I agree the -ley ending goes quite well.

Love an X but dh won’t go for Xander or Xavier
