Peter or Patrick?

DS3 is due in a few weeks - these are our narrowed down final choices. Which one do people prefer? To go with brothers Maxwell (Max), David and sisters Julia, Hannah. Middle name will be Joseph, surname is Costa. Thank you

My dad’s name is Peter and I love it, but am definitely voting Patrick Costa, what an awesome name

Patrick- it’s a classic and very underused.

I’m in NI and we pronounce Peter like “Pee-dur” which is just not a nice sound, so I can’t warm to it!

I have a Peter & a Patrick! One dh, one ds. Love both names and both underused in children these days.I like that though as with ds there was only ever 1 child in Primary with his name and i think 1 now in Secondary. In your case I'd go for Patrick as it fits better.

Peter, such a good name.

I love Patrick but it's strictly middle name territory for me because I really dislike all the diminutives.

I also think Peter Costa flows better than Patrick Costa.
