Hi everyone, I’ve been told people on Mumsnet are quite honest with their opinions on names. Our first name option was Hailee, well, mine was, then we got a Hazel in the family and we had to go away from it. We chose to go with Anya instead if we ever had a girl, now we’re expecting one. We’re thinking about middle names and my husband suggested Bailey, which then made me thing I could try to use Hailee again, maybe as a middle it wouldn’t annoy me much that she’ll have a second cousin named Hazel because it’ll be Anya & Hazel instead of Hailee & Hazel. But, the point is, can Anya Hailee work? Would you go for another spelling? Do you have any other suggestions you think might work instead? We’re currently just looking at Bailey, Hailee, Ray and Lee. Our last name is a long, 2 syllable but 10 letters long name starting with C so A?C as initials.
