Can I just ask what you think of Isla Matilda (as a first and middle name)?
Do they go together okay or do you think it sounds a bit sing songey?

Or Isle of Matilda with my (poss chavvy) accent.
I've always thought Matilda is a first name just because it's so strong, ive only known a few but none of them were shy!

A touch sing song-y for me, but both lovely names individually.

Not keen because of Isle of...
Middle names hardly get used anyway.
Prefer Matilda to Isla if that makes any odds.

If you’re just calling her Isla and Matilda as a middle name I think that’s fine, you could say the ‘Isle Of’ thing about any name after Isla, even the surname
