Similar to Juniper?

Looking for a 3 syllable name that can be nicknamed with an “y”/ “I” ending. I love Juniper - Juni for short - but I can’t use it because a close friend has.

Can anyone recommend anything similar?

I like the 3 syllable long name and 2 syllable “I” ending nickname as it’ll go really well with a sibling name.

There are loads. Off the top of my head:

Cecily (Ceci)
Jessamine (Jessie)
Jennifer (Jenny)
Eleanor (Ellie)
Clementine (Clemmie)

Nameqnameq · 23/08/2020 18:13

I like Cecily!

Looking for a name that also has that Juniper vibe. I suppose a bit nature-inspired?

Jessamy
Kezia (Kezzie, Kizzy)
Rosalie
Coralie (Corey, Cori)
Emmeline
Erica
Bethany
Caroline (Carrie, Carly)
Genevieve
Jocelyn
Briony
Tabitha
Violet
Leonor

Some of those, you might have to be a bit inventive to get a nickname ending in y/i. I don't think any of them are impossible to nickname, though!

More nature-y, three syllables:

Rosemary (Rosie)
Bryony (Bry)
Coralie (Corrie)
Cassia (Cassie)
Acacia (Casey)
Clementine (Clemmie)
Magnolia (Maggie)

Laurel / Lauren?

RosieJess91 · 23/08/2020 19:30

As someone who was almost named Tabitha, I'd probably avoid it, as soon as "school friends" heard of my near name, I was called a lot of awful cat themed nicknames even though my name is actually Jess... (which I suppose is also cat themed...)
Cecelia is cute, if Cecily isn't quite right.
