Breastfeeding and reflux

Hi I'm looking for some advice. My lg is 11 weeks old today, I am worried that she's got reflux. She's ebf and putting on weight great. Or at least the last time she was Weighed (2 July) she had put on a great amount. From 3 weeks old she's been a little sickly after feeds and was bringing up some milk. Usually it's like a mouthful of pure milk but the last few days it's been thick white almost curdled looking. Could this be reflux? I'm reluctant to try medication with her xx

Does she seem to be in pain? Writhing or being reluctant to settle lying flat? Some babies are just sicky, I'd only worry if she seemed in pain.

She doesn't seem to be in pain as such although she hates being lay down unless it's in get cot at bedtime with her blanket over her. She doesn't settle anywhere else and cries if you put her down xx

Oops.
I thought this was a names suggestion for twins!
Try and keep her sitting up for 10-15 minutes after a feed?
And a good burp!
Keep a note of your food intake too?
You might have recently started eating something that disagrees with her?
