I'm just wondering if this name sounds nice or sounds stupid together looking for total honest opinions thank you in advance (Riley Harvey)

No. It’s far too eee heavy. I know it’s not everyone’s thing but. You could break it up by hyphenating it I suppose.
However if you think about it as well how often do you call people by their first and surname on a day to day basis. No one is going to address him as Riley Harvey are they. He’ll just be Riley.

I am not keen on the double -ee endings to both names... but I've definitely heard worse.
