Husband loves it. I like it but not 100%. What are your thoughts?

I love it. I think it's a very pretty name.

Love it, but then my daughters name is Sophia so I'm going too I guess. I call her Phi for short generally, she doesn't like "soph" which she gets quite a lot.

I like it and it's on our list for our 2nd due in September but my only concern is that it doesn't have an obvious nickname other than Soph.

I've got a name that is only 3 letters and people make my name longer in nicknames so I'm trying to name my children with names which can be shortened affectionately

The nickname Soph is what's putting me off slightly too. It is such a pretty name and goes so well with our one syllable surname. Phi is a cute nickname!

Yes Phi or Phia as nn. Sometimes PhiPhi but that she finds quite irritating to be honest 😂

Sophie is more timeless.

IMO its overused and the nickname Soph is not particularly nice either

Lovely name, so pretty.
I would want to say Soph though ngl. I am one of those annoying people parents hate hahaha I cant not shorten someone's name. I know a few Sophie's at work and I call them all Soph! if someone did say please call me by my full name I would but it's hard not to shorten it.

Sophia is a beautiful name X I prefer the nickname Fifi or Fia than Soph X
