(Both middle names have huge sentimental value)

I love the name Max and it goes well with the surname!

I would be tempted to save one of the middle names in case you ever have another boy in future.

I agree that Max James Matthew trips of the tongue much more easily than Max Matthew so I'd have it that way round if there's no significance in order.
