Baby girl first and middle names

Hi, due first baby (girl) in a few months. Looking for opinions on combinations or middle name ideas.

So far we have
Orla Florence
Aoife Lily
Maeve Elizabeth or Maeve Olivia

First names are final three choices so no more suggestions please. Open to ideas on combinations/middle name ideas.

Thank you everyone. Any other suggestions for middle names for Aoife? Don’t want to use Marie/Mary/Catherine as already used in the family.

Lily is a family name but not sure if it sounds a bit twee?!

Lily is lovely, and more so if it is a family name

If you wanted to continue the Irish theme you could have Eilish (eye -leesh) which is an Irish form of Elizabeth (Lily). Alternatively Elisa.
