We already have Hector and Flora 😊 so any thoughts on which of the above goes best with their names? Am 37 weeks pregnant and feeling v indecisive!! Thanks in advance

@Sheeptime I love Eliza, it’s on my list... but in this instance I’d say Claudia.

Poppydaisies · 06/07/2020 20:28

I don't like the meaning of Claudia.

Eliza is nice, if a little popular.

123Dancewithme · 07/07/2020 00:55

I think Claudia goes better, and it’s less popular than Eliza.

DramaAlpaca · 07/07/2020 01:09

I think both 'go' with your other names, but Claudia might be the best fit as your other names have a 'Roman' feel to them, too.

Eliza is nice but getting popular, Claudia is rarer these days. I don't like the meaning of Claudia but if you can get past that, then go for it. Especially as you love the nickname Coco. It's not an obvious diminutive of Claudia, but it does work and it's very sweet.

Eliza

Not Claudia it's an awful name.
Eliza is lovely and would go perfectly with Hector and Flora.
I like traditional names and would probably go with Elizabeth on BC but looking at your other DCs names I can see why you wouldn't go with that.

limor · 07/07/2020 02:21

They sound like more Spanish/Latino names to me so Claudia fits nicer I think.

Pinkypink · 07/07/2020 07:55

Claudia. Love it underused and stylish

sweetnosugar · 07/07/2020 12:10

Love Eliza!

RuthW · 07/07/2020 12:13

Eliza my fav with shortening to Nellie

CoalTitCafe · 07/07/2020 12:15

I prefer Claudia but Eliza "goes" with the other names.

Justkeeprollingalong · 07/07/2020 12:20

Both lovely names but my vote goes to Claudia.
@RuthW I've never heard of Nellie as a nickname for anything but Ellen or Helen.
Eliza is already a shortening for Elizabeth so nickname's would tend to be Liz, Lizzie, Beth, Bess etc.

Justkeeprollingalong · 07/07/2020 12:21

Sorry, no apostrophe in nicknames! Damn autocorrect!

user1493494961 · 07/07/2020 15:04

Much prefer Eliza, dislike Claudia.

Starbuggy · 08/07/2020 14:12

Eliza for me - lovely.

emmathedilemma · 08/07/2020 16:44

Eliza is awesome especially with your other 2!

JollyGiraffe12 · 08/07/2020 17:59

Love Claudia! Eliza is very popular near me

whichteaareyou · 08/07/2020 21:39

Eliza is the best and the fits in perfectly

pilates · 08/07/2020 21:45

Both nice but slightly prefer Eliza

Enterthedragons · 09/07/2020 14:33

Eliza is wishy-washy. Claudia is strong and beautiful, and goes so well with your other dc’s names.

Hesperatum · 09/07/2020 19:16

Claudia

ThatDamnScientist · 09/07/2020 19:19

Claudia, not a fan of Eliza.

Sakura7 · 09/07/2020 19:24

Agree with this, Claudia is a lovely name.

Grufallosfriends · 09/07/2020 19:48

Shame about Claudia's meaning. Means Disabled/crippled. Well Claudus does in Latin. Sadly that puts me off.
