Thinking of Emilia, however her cousin has Amelia as their middle name. Would it be wrong to go for Emilia?

It's fine. Some cousins even have the same first name, don't they.

I'm Anna and my first cousin us Hannah 😁. I think it's fine.

I don't think it matters at all for a middle name!

It's fine.

It really doesn’t matter for a middle name

My daughter has my cousin's first name as a middle name - it is one of my all time favourite names but my cousin and I are very close and we didn't want to go for A1 and A3 or big A and little A.

My little cousins middle name was named after my middle name and her sister after her nans middle name. We have a lot of nods to family members with names, some like it and some don't.
Amelie is nice instead of Emilia or Eliza

It's funny as today I was looking at some family history.
In one family of 6 children, 4 used exactly the same name for their first child! Grandfather's name.
