What do you think of my girls' names list?

(As you can see, i prefer names beginning with a). Also these names fit with our cultural background, that's why they are on the slightly more exotic, unfamiliar side.

Serena would by my favourite followed by Ariella. I think the others blend in with the Ava, Aria's and Ariana style names x

I like Alina, though.
Ariella is my least favourite.

Ariella - too much like Areola
Aria - OK, but it's pretty common round here
Ariana - sounds like the name of a cruise liner!
Alina - I don't like any name with an 'ee' sound in them
Amalia - can't say why, but I just don't like it
Serena - what if she turns out to have a bad temper?

I really like Serena - not keen on the others sorry x

Ariella - too frilly. Mariella seems stronger.
Aria - don't like
Ariana - not keen. Don't like the Ari bit or the -ana
Alina - ok
Amalia - ok, but Malia is nicer
Serena - fine

I like Ariana and Aria. Ariella reminds me of areola.

They all look very similar and all a bit “meh”

You can’t call a child Ariella! It sounds like Areola!

Amalia - I like it but I think others will mix it up with Amelia.
Serena - Reminds me of the evil wife in the Handmaid’s Tale.

Ariella - not keen bit too flouncy
Aria - LOVE this name
Ariana - Love but prefer Aria

Amalia - would it be am-ah-lia? Or am-ay-lia?
Serena - lovely name I also like Selena

Arielle and Arianna might be alternatives OP, or how about Arietta.

I'm not keen on he Ari bit,but that's just me.

Oh, and as someone suggested Sabrina, how about Sabina?

Def not Ariella for the areolar connection but I too like Alina & Serena.

I love the name Serena so that's my top choice. Also really like Aria and Ariana.

I like Amalia best I think. It just sounds nice and rounded

Ariella is too frilly for me (I put it in the same category as Arabella) and Aria makes me think of Game of Thrones (I.e.that you'd named your daughter after the character which is maybe a bit "naff").

I'm put off Serena because of one I know that I don't like, but that won't be a consideration for you of course and otherwise it's a nice name.

The others are fine, no strong feelings either way.

Thank you for the advice so far! I am not at all a fan of game of thrones, I have never seen a single episode haha! I do understand that people may assume that, which is annoying...

The character on GOT, which I also do not watch is not called Aria. She’s called Arya. It’s not even pronounced the same,

@helpthefrizz thanks for pointing that out! Glad to know that are not entirely the same names, it's annoying when a character makes a beautiful and unique name too popular and 'trendy'.
