Love Lucy best - bringer of light! Smile

Lucy Imogen sounds lovely.

babynamelover · 02/06/2020 09:49

I like Georgina nn Georgie the best 😃

userabcname · 02/06/2020 09:51

Georgina - love! Really pretty and underused imo.
Esther - I do like this name but I've taught a few and it's a very harsh sounding name to say. I like it less after saying it more if you see what I mean!
Briony - not a fan, quite boring, also dislike Brian and it sounds like that.
Lucy- lovely!
Zoe - I like it.
Aleiah - like.
Marley - don't like.
Inés - not a huge fan.
Imogen - not a huge fan of this either although it seems quite popular on mn.

DoctorBambino · 02/06/2020 09:54

Esther - I'm not keen, too old lady for my tastes
Briony - dont like it
Lucy - love it, pretty and sophisticated
Zoe - its ok
Aleiah - lovely
Marley - lovely
Inés - nope
Imogen - quite like it
Georgina - not keen

merryhouse · 02/06/2020 10:01

Esther, Briony, Lucy, Zoe - all passably ok, Esther probably my favourite

Georgina - not massively keen, not sure why
Aleiah - pretty, but I'd go for a different spelling
Marley - isn't that a dog?
Inés - only if you have links to that language (and even then, the accent looks odd)
Imogen - always thought this was ugly

justanotherparent1810 · 02/06/2020 12:08

Love Lucy, Marley and Imogen

notalwaysalondoner · 02/06/2020 13:18

Esther - I love it, classic and sophisticated without being common
Briony - one of my favourites
Lucy - bland, very popular in the 90s
Zoe - don’t like
Aleiah - don’t like and the spelling is weird, I’d go for Alaiah or Aaliyah
Marley - just reminds me of the dog in that film, don’t like it
Inés - lovely, may have spelling issues if you include the accent
Imogen - one of my favourites in this list

123Dancewithme · 02/06/2020 13:19

Esther and Georgina are my favourites.

DramaAlpaca · 02/06/2020 13:21

Lucy, Zoe and Georgina are my favourites.

Least favourite are Aleiah and Marley.

TiptopJ · 02/06/2020 14:17

I like all of them except

Esther- still seems too old lady
Marley- okay for a surname or a dog
Ines- seems a bit try hard to me

chocolatecake1234 · 02/06/2020 16:15

Esther - really dislike. Ugly sounding.

Briony - very lovely

Lucy - also lovely

Zoe - not my cup of tea but Ok.

Aleiah - dislike

Marley - sounds like a boy's name.

Inés - I can't help wondering if having a name with an accent in it will be a colossal pain in the backside.

Imogen - popular with Mumsnetters but personally I think it's quite ugly sounding.

Aclh13 · 04/06/2020 02:45
