I adore this name, Cornish Isolde which I also love but this is more understated and useable imo. Thoughts?

I actually think Isolde is more usable as more recognisable? Lovely choice either way 🙂

I like it!

I like Isolde, too, but I suppose with Eseld you remove the pronunciation issue of Isolde, as there's no e at the end for people to decide whether to pronounce or not. I would go for it, although be prepared that, as with any unusual names in the UK, there's a small portion of the population who panic and mispronounce wildly. Most people should get it thought. Smile

Thankyou! I love it, it’s easy to say and spell, I love E names so this is one that is different to the usual offerings while not being completely bonkers. I could see it perhaps being the next Esme in future although maybe wont take off to the same degree because it’s not as ‘pretty’ sounding.
