Jude - 9 Love the name. Love the song. DM would probably like the name too.
Reuben - 9 Love the name. Love the sandwich. :P But in all seriousness it's a cool name. Only one of your names where I know someone with that name (he's 5).
Julian - 8 Mumsnet seems to dislike it, but I really like it. I seem to be a sucker for '-an' names. He's the doctor from DS9 who I like as well.
Francis - 1 I dislike. It's such an old man's name.
Elham - 2 Bit too odd for my tastes. Puts me in mind of Graham.
Caspian - 9 Love the name. Love the prince/story. My only real issue is I can't think of a good NN for it. I'd be more inclined to use Casper tbh.
Tristan - 10. Love the name. Love the lead character in Stardust. Tris is a good NN too.

I will do it as you have asked but I will say no one else's opinion should matter about naming your child. Had a beautiful little girl who is 18 months old and always loved the name Gracie but her uncle had passed young the year before she was born and his name is James and I just couldn't get Gracie-James out of my head. My partner (it was his brother who passed) said "what about other people saying that's a boys name" even though I knew he loved it just as much as me and I said who cares about other people's opinions and Gracie-James is her name today.
