Any thoughts on the name Lincoln?

Not a fan of place names used as first names.

I think it's cool.

Prison Break fan?

Actually, the LinkedIn logo popped into my head at almost the same time 😂

The name's okay but it has too many other associations for me. Plenty of other nicer names out there.

I used to work with a fabulous guy called Lincoln - I think it’s cool. May get shortened to Link.

My DS is a Lincoln. Have always got good comments.

I think of a Lincoln Continental car

I have Land of Lincoln and a picture of Abe on my car numberplate because I live in Illinois. Also Lincoln, Nebraska (yawn). Lincoln cars. Lincoln in England. It’s would be a bit of a weird choice because it sounds very American but I doubt it’s that popular here (I’ve never met one anyway) because of all the associations. Personally I don’t like it.

It's my home town so would feel pretty weird....

I have a friend called Lincoln. Lovely name and suits him perfectly. He is a Canadian though if that's makes a difference.
