Is Zeke short for Ezekiel ? If so I think Malachi is a good option for a sibling.

If you used Zeke as a standalone name then my vote goes to Cade or Levi.

For girls I like Gaia more than Kaia, it's the feminine of Gaius and feels more like an established name.

I also like Dakota but it sounds very American.

How about Nikita ? It's a boy's name in eastern europe but has been used for girls a lot in the west. Or Anita, if you like the -ta ending.

I also like Jade for a girl, sounds similar to Cade.
