Max, Theo and Bobby?

Thoughts on our top 3 names please... thanks. Any similar suggestions? Boys names are so difficult!

I like all three!
I’d probably have Theodore as a full name on a birth certificate though.
I do like Bobby as it is! Think it’s a fab boys name.

I like Max and Theo. I like Robert but not Bobby as a standalone name.

Max I like but it sounds quite harsh. Theo is great, I really like it. Bobby is kind of cool, I know a Bobby and he is lovely. If anyone ever mentions a Bob though I think they are joking or trying to be discrete, like using a fake name.

Max is great, Theo is ok but very popular where I am (S East). I'm not keen on Bobby but really like Robert.

Love Max and Theo. Bobby definitely sounds as though it should be short for Robert. Also, Bobby is also a nickname used in different parts of the country for different things (eg bobbies (policemen) yer boaby (Glasgow slang for a gentleman's appendage)

Every Max I know is 'spirited' but I say this as the mother of a Max so it's all good.
I remember there was a post on here before and we all agreed every Max we knew was a bit of a wild child in the nicest way.

Max and Theo are too common. Bobby is too childish and cutesy - won't age well.

Max & Theo - Love! Both were top picks in my boy's list.
Bobby - Very cute. I don't love it as much as Max and Theo tbh. I'm not sure it would suit an adult though.

Either Max or Theo. Not keen on Bobby. Just sounds a bit daft and naff.

Max is my clear favourite from your list. Great name. I know so many Theos but it’s a great name if popularity doesn’t bother you. Bobby I’m less keen on.

Bobby is far too popular around here. Although I do like Bobby for a girl.

Bobby's my fav of the three, then Max, then Theo. Bobby just sounds a bit cooler and fresher as I've heard the others a lot more.

Theo is everywhere. It's not my sort of name, it's too soft. Leo is similar but miles better.

I don't like Bobby, but I do like Robert.

Max is a nice name and theo is OK. However everyone is using the name Bobby at the minute I said on another post it will be the type of name where you've got 3 'Bobbys' in one class in a few years.
