So far it looks like Isabelle is the front runner tho we have said if we find anything else we love we'll be open to it. I think isabelle goes nicely with our boys HArley and STeffan. Middle names we have discussed are

Isabelle audrey
Isabelle arwen
Isabelle arya

Wdyt? Any other suggestions?

Do any of those middle names mean anything to you, family connections? If so I’d go with one with a meaning.
If not go with one that flows best alongside your surname too.
