I think you don't want one starting with a vowel sound, it all gets a bit strangled in the middle. So Rose from your list.

I'd say Rose flows best, but it's very overused as a middle name. Adele is really pretty. Not keen on Alice.

Adele or Alice. Rose is a bit "filler". Alice probably flows a bit better than Adele. I think three-syllable names flow quite well.
