My daughter is a Clementine so I am biased towards that name. I still absolutely love it!

I have always had a soft spot for Jocelyn though Smile

Josephine

Josephine

Josephine.

Jocelyn is lovely. There is a novel by John Galsworthy with that title and it looks beautiful (Googled it because for some reason I thought there was a Jocelyn in Forsyte Saga, but it's actually a Jolyon.)

Here is the book, isn't it pretty? www.goodreads.com/book/show/3025959-jocelyn

ExplodingCarrots · 03/05/2020 13:06

I have a Josie so I maybe biased Smile

LotusClover · 03/05/2020 13:14

I strongly dislike Clementine, I'm indifferent to Josephine, and I quite like Jocelyn.

Maybelatte · 03/05/2020 13:34

We’re using Clementine if we have a girl, lovely name!

breederssuck · 03/05/2020 13:36

Jocelyn is my name. Am rather glad to see the affection for it - it's always stood me in good stead Grin

ellesbellesxxx · 03/05/2020 13:38

Clementine is the name that got away (my husband didn’t like it) so that or Jocelyn

Kokeshi123 · 03/05/2020 13:46

Josephine. Jocelyn etc. makes me think of joss sticks, and I don't like "Clem" which Clementine would probably turn into at some point.

Batqueen · 03/05/2020 13:49

Jocelyn

KindnessCrusader · 03/05/2020 13:49

Jocelyn is my favourite from your list. Really cool name!

Whatsyourflava · 03/05/2020 14:32

Clementine by a mile - love it

Juno231 · 03/05/2020 14:35

Clementine! Lovely name.

fieldofwheat · 03/05/2020 14:42

Jocelyn. Absolutely lovely name. Like Joss as a nn too.

DramaAlpaca · 03/05/2020 15:19

Josephine

Pemba · 03/05/2020 15:27

Clementine is lovely. Josephine is OK but a bit too much 'man's name with - ine tacked on'. And I'm not that mad on Jo or Josie, though again they are OK. Jocelyn always seems too unisex to me.

HarrietM87 · 03/05/2020 15:29

I love Josephine. For some reason thought that Jocelyn was a male name! Clem/Clemmie reminds me of phlegm and clammy which is a shame as Clementine is nice but I think shortenings unavoidable.

peperethecat · 03/05/2020 16:21

Josephine ❤️

olivehater · 03/05/2020 16:26

Love all of them. I have a surname ending in n and none worked for me unfortunately. But I like Jocelyn best.

raindrop83 · 03/05/2020 16:39

Clementine, such a beautiful name!

Lou670 · 03/05/2020 16:42

I like them all. I hadn't considered any of them with my girls but that was 21 years ago!

I can see your dilemma as all lovely names. Tough one. Good Luck!

iklboo · 03/05/2020 16:45

Jocelyn is lovely and underused.

tinselvestsparklepants · 03/05/2020 16:49

Jocelyn after Jocelyn Bell Burnell who discovered the pulsar and is a great role model for a young girl. She recently won a huge physics prize and has given all the money to help women and girls get into science. Smile
