Baby boy middle names

Hi. Need advice on baby boy middle names. Expecting in September 2020. We are leaving the gender a surprise but we have girl names sorted. Last name is Barker.
We are pretty much set on the first name Theo.
I've seen a lot of Theo James suggestions however, my 3 year old is Caleb James. We have given up on family names as none of them seem to go with Theo, for our liking. (Micheal, Allan, Brian, George)

I think one of your family names goes, Theo Michael. Also like Theo Samuel from list of suggestions. Think Theo is a biblical name so what about:
