Evie... cannot decide on a middle name!

I think we have eventually decided on calling our baby Evie, but cannot decide on a middle name, any ideas???

Something that doesn't end in the 'e sound'. Evie is lovely btw. I know lots of people think Louise is old fashioned but Evie Louise flows, or Madeline , Madison or Rose.

I have an Evie Rose :)

Evie Rose was my favourite, we have a boring surname (Smith) so wanted something pretty! My other half liked May, my middle name is Jane so that’s been an option also quite liked grace?? It’s such a difficult decision! Also got a few friends pregnant around the same time and everyone is having girls so hope no one else goes for Evie 😫

If you don’t like the idea of lots of people having the same name I would avoid Rose as a middle name. I have an Evelyn Rose and so many other girls have the same middle name. I wanted Rose as a first name but my DH vetoed so I had to settle for a middle name.

blank Rose/Grace/May something sensible as the first middle name - two if you're gonna use something twee or common e.g. Poppy, Rose etc

I came on to say Jade, but if Jane is one of your names then use that.
Or change the spelling to Jayne.

If anyone else (not related to you) chooses Evie then either stick with your choice for your baby or change the announced name to Evie-Rose or Evie-Jane and call her Evie anyway. Most of these people will fade away over time so don't choose your daughter's name based on what they do.
