If you’re wanting a name that’s pretty unusual then names like Peter or Christopher (nn Kit) are really unusual these days.

Alternatively:

Barnaby nn Barns or Barney
Nathan/Nathaniel nn Nate
Sidney nn Sid
Laurence nn Laurie
Vincent nn Vinnie
Eli
Ellis
Miles / Milo
Cole
Otis
Eric
Casper
Rudy/Rudi
Dexter
Blake
Angus
Idris
Percy
Chester
Marley
Griff
Tristan
River
Bodhi
Otto

Bobby
Ernie
Lachlan/Locky

These aren’t over used, not where I live anyway! Not to out there either imo.

Christopher is a lovely name.

MikeUniformMike · 24/04/2020 09:46

Kit is likely to be one of several in his peer group.
So are Zac, Vincent and Riley.

Twisique · 24/04/2020 09:54

Vaughn
Hector

Yes sorry I should have been clearer, I meant Christopher on birth certificate as appreciate Kit is getting more popular you’re right @MikeUniformMike

Kit is actually less common than Christopher at the moment (well in 2018 it was - most recent year we have official stats for) but Christopher is on a massive down trajectory (about to leave the top 200 names) whereas Kit has just entered the top 200 on a massive upsurge. So by the time the 2020 stats come out, I’m certain Kit will be higher than Christopher

Sorry for waffling, OP, appreciate you probably don’t even like the name Christopher.
