I like 2 from your list: Leo and Oscar. James is a good name but very much a default middle name so I would consider it for first name only.
I think these are all good:

Leo Grayson
Leo Joshua
Leo Harrison
Oscar Leo
Oscar Grayson
Oscar Harrison

Not sure if you're also asking for other suggestions?

I quite like your list but I’m least keen on Grayson and unfortunately Levi doesn’t seem to work with Harvey. Joshua and Oscar are popular, so don’t go for them if you’re avoiding common names!
Leo James Harvey is my favourite.

How about:
Dexter
Robin
Dylan
Dominic
Hudson
Owen

Others;

Quentin
Edison
Marshall
Nathaniel
Vincent
Caleb
Alexander
Dominic
Fraser
Hugo
Lucas
Patrick
Isaac
Tobias

Tate Harvey. That's a good name.

I like Levi, Leo and Oscar from your list. Really dislike Harrison!

My boy list was

Woody
Lennon
Otis
Cass

We chose one of them!

As for middle names, we were always going with a family name. As we have for all of our 3 kids.

Congrats on your pregnancy. Good luck

Grayson - not keen. A bit downmarket.
Levi - only if you are Jewish.
Leo - nice but very popular,
Oscar - nice but dated.
Harrison - no. Only if the dad is called Harry, and not even then. Henry is the name. Harry is a short form of that. Harrison is a surname.
James - nice. The best. Great as a first name.
Joshua - no. Dated.

Lovely list of names @shannonlh2503
LOVE Grayson Leo Oscar Harrison James and Joshua.
Pretty sure they’re all top 100 names though so when you say you want names that “aren’t common” how common is too common for you? If you’re wanting to avoid popular names I’d probably look at names outside the top 150 names. Here are some suggestions:

Christopher nn Kit
Wilf(red) nn Wilf
Barnaby nn Barns or Barney
Nathan/Nathaniel nn Nate
Rafferty / Raffy
Sidney nn Sid
Laurence nn Laurie
Vincent nn Vinnie
Eli
Ellis
Miles / Milo
Seth
Cole
Otis
Eric
Casper
Rudy/Rudi
Dexter
Blake
Angus
Dominic
Idris
Percy
Chester
Caleb
Marley
Austin
Griff
Tristan
Otto
