Aria or Sienna?

Decided on these two names as my final 2 choices, which do you prefer and why? Also, would you say they ‘go’ together? As I’d probably use the name I don’t use this time if I have another dd in the future! Thanks xx

I love the name sienna, it's always been one of my favourites!! Aria is pretty but it just reminds me of the Pretty Little Liars character sorry!

Whatsyourflava · 20/04/2020 12:34

Aria ❤️
Like both though

TwilightPeace · 20/04/2020 12:35

Sienna.

DoctorBambino · 20/04/2020 12:36

I prefer Aria and think they go well together. Aria was my favourite girl name until I heard my husband say it and it kept sounding like 'are ya?'

littlealexhorne · 20/04/2020 12:38

I love Sienna too, never been too keen on Aria though.

RedandBluebox · 20/04/2020 13:56

Sienna for me.
I don't really know how to pronounce Aria. Is it 'Ah-ree-ah'?
Or
'Aree-ah'?

fluffy71 · 20/04/2020 14:21

Ariah

bridgetreilly · 20/04/2020 17:38

Sienna.

I don't think Aria sounds like a complete name, to be honest.

userabcname · 20/04/2020 17:43

I love Aria!

RedandBluebox · 20/04/2020 17:45

How do these names work with your surname?

Love Sienna not entirely convinced on Aria. Sounds like it's not a complete name.

daisypond · 20/04/2020 17:54

Sienna has more substance to it. I don’t dislike Aria, though. But I wouldn’t want it to get muddled with GoT Arya, though.

Jamiladodger · 20/04/2020 18:59

Aria Star it has several different meanings and each are lovely!

Sienna is pretty but I instantly think of the colour burnt sienna.

thethoughtfox · 20/04/2020 19:26

Aria ia lovely but popular.

87Callista · 20/04/2020 19:41

This isn't very helpful but it's 50/50 for me.

How about:
Mariah
Soraya
Vienna
Acacia
Sunny
Alenna
Zinnia
Akira
Coral
Sedona

Sarahlm123 · 20/04/2020 20:57

Aria 💗

phoenixrosehere · 20/04/2020 20:59

I love them both. Very pretty.. 🙂

123Dancewithme · 20/04/2020 21:21

Not really keen on either, but Aria if I had to pick.

Crazypregnantlady00 · 20/04/2020 22:45

Thanks for the feedback so far! Looking pretty even... argh I can’t decide🙈 I also liked orla but my friend put me off by saying she thought it was a brand of milk!! If I was to go with sienna, which spelling do people prefer? Sienna, Siena or Siennah (I’ve seen this spelling much less- not sure if it looks nice or made up?!)

Thankyou for the suggestions, they’re beautiful but not sure if they’re quite my style... maybe slightly too unusual for me! Xx

Aria definitely, Sienna is just too common

DramaAlpaca · 20/04/2020 22:50

I like both and think they go together well. If you go with Sienna, I'd stick with that spelling as most people will spell it that way. Siena after the Italian town is OK, but don't stick a random 'h' on it!

Orla is lovely but I think your friend was thinking of Arla Grin

OliviaPopeRules · 20/04/2020 22:50

Siennah definitely seems like a made up spelling!

Nixen · 20/04/2020 22:52

Sienna is pretty common so I’d say Aria

TenShortStories · 20/04/2020 22:52

Sienna or Siena. Siennah looks odd.

Aria is nice too.

123Dancewithme · 21/04/2020 00:11

Orla is lovely. I think the milk brand is Arla.
