Struggling with boy names

We are struggling to choose the ONE name that we love. To give you an idea, I like names like:

  • Edward (but it's too popular for me to love)
  • Heston
  • Monty (DH doesn't like it)
  • Jasper
  • Rupert
  • Felix

I am not keen on Theodore or Sebastian. I hope that gives an indication of style preference.

We still haven't had the feeling of the name clicking with us. I'm sure many of you are also like me, scrambling to find names that DH will love (or working on him until he gives in ha!)

Suggestions would be much appreciated!

Edward is lovely and not that common. I have 2 children at primary school and have 2 worked in a primary school and haven't met any little Edwards. It's a beautiful name and has lots of nice nicknames.

Kiki275 · 14/04/2020 19:32

I love Jasper (but slightly biased) Grin

HazelRed · 14/04/2020 21:28

Oh that makes me feel a little better about Edward actually...

I love Ed, Eddy, Ned, Ted (I wouldn't use Ted personally) and Woody for nns. Maybe not as popular as I thought!
