Does anyone ever choose a name that someone suggests on here?

I love the baby names posts, and love making suggestions. I often read through to see the responses from the OP, sometimes they comment, but quite often they don't. I would love to know if anyone has used a baby name suggested to them on mumsnet.

Yes, occasionally an OP comes back to the thread to say which name they've chosen, especially if it's one that was suggested by a previous poster.

Yes, I did, although it was for a middle name, and it was one I'd thought of myself already (and it made the shortlist for me and DH). But still good to hear that others suggested and liked it.

Yes I love it when people come back and update us! I recon in 1 in every 10 or 20 posts they come back and let us know
