Marcus - due a comeback or dead for a reason?

I like it. It seems less dated than Mark.

I absolutely love it. Marcus sounds educated and level-headed. I can’t understand why it’s not more commonly used. I would love to name my next baby Marcus, but we’ve got a Magnus and it’s just too similar.

I like Marcus, it's the name one of the main characters in one of my Harry Potter fanfictions I'm writing (My favourite character actually)

I once taught a lovely Marcus. He was such a sweetheart.

This thread made me smile. I asked my youngest son today if he likes his name & who he thought had a cool name at nursery. Marcus is the coolest name at nursery apparently

Like it. Though I have a preference for the spelling Markus. If it worked in my country I'd seriously consider it.

Marcus is just a cool name. It's a great name and in my opinion, it's never gone out of style. As said above, it is a handsome name.
