Brazilian boy names

Hey, so I’m just looking for some input on naming our baby boy.
My s/o is Brazilian so I wanted to honour that heritage, but we can’t decide between Diego, Marco and Lucas with the last name Silva, which do you prefer??

All three are good but I like Diego the most.

I'd go with Marco.
The ony Brazilian male I know is called Ulisses.

Have you considered names like Rui or Tiago (rather than Diego)?
My favourite on your list is Marco.

Of the three I like Lucas the best but prefer Luca. What about Caio?

I prefer Lucas. Or Luca.

The others are ok, though. And in fact sound better to me with the surname.

I like them all but I think Diego Silva sounds the best together.

Tiago Silva is a very famous footballer, with a song by rapper Dave named after him, if that's significant for you.

I'm not going to bother commenting on the names on either thread.

My OH is Brazillian and he is Diego. He gets a lot of weird/laughy comments about being a Diego but personally I love it. Our children will have brazillian names and there are a few I like (but not many I like for boys at all)-

Luca (not Lucas)
Luis or Luiz
Tiago

I don't like Marco sorry, I also don't know any Brazillian Marcos?

I forgot to say, the only annoying thing about Diego for me is the way we English prounouce Diego is totally wrong! We say De-aygo (with a D) Brazillians say Gee-aygo (with a G) and I really don't like Diego pronounced with a G haha.

As long as you don't mind that and the Brazillian family calling him Giego go for it haha

The S of Lucas merges into the S of Silva so th name sounds like a Luca, anyway
